Epoxy Mortar

The epoxy is a two-component organic polymer. Epoxy mortars and concrete are a blend of epoxy and sand or epoxy and sand plus coarse aggregate. The epoxy system with or without aggregate will provide an impermeable environment and barrier that will protect the reinforcing steel against corrosion.

The average epoxy floor has a flexural strength of 10,000 psi, making it abrasion-resistant, even from heavy impacts. Epoxy mortar flooring systems are highly resistant to almost every kind of liquid, including harsh cleaning solutions, machines, vehicle oil, gasoline, bleach, transmission fluid, and many others.

Epoxy Mortar System is a 100% solids, low odor epoxy, combined with graded sand, and troweled into place. Epoxy Mortar System is designed to be used as a heavy-duty coating, perfect for an Industrial Flooring Solution.
